Government Delegation Visit

Horqin District, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia

Date: August 7

He Hao, Director of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Horqin District, Tongliao City, led a delegation to visit CHINA ZWSJ AIR GROUP. Both sides held negotiations on cooperation regarding the low-altitude economy industrial park and aviation economic zone projects. Wang Junwei, Vice President of the Group, and other representatives attended the meeting. As an equity-participated enterprise of the Group, Yangsen Aviation takes the lead in advancing project implementation, drawing on the Group's nearly decade-long deep expertise in general aviation, comprehensive airspace site selection and demonstration results, and mature military-civil aviation approval channels.

Located in eastern Inner Mongolia, Horqin District boasts rich grassland scenery resources and superior airspace conditions. At the meeting, the Group introduced its "Three Synchronizations in Three Years" construction goal, the "Two Zones & Three Parks" model, and the "North-South Complementarity" nationwide deployment strategy, providing model output and resource empowerment for Yangsen Aviation.

The project is advanced under the approach of "industry first, airport in parallel". The first-phase plot already has completed factory buildings that can be directly renovated and utilized. Both sides reached consensus on core issues including airspace approval, land use guarantee and industrial introduction, agreeing to rely on the Group's mature approval channels to lead the advancement. The first-phase plot will be self-invested and self-constructed by Yangsen Aviation, prioritizing the implementation of industries such as aviation manufacturing and computing power, with a complete aviation economic zone to be expanded in the long term.

As an equity-participated enterprise of the Group, Yangsen Aviation will leverage the Group's industrial resources and model output to promote the rapid implementation of the Horqin District project.

Development Outlook

With vast land, sparse population and abundant wind and solar resources, Horqin District is highly compatible with the Group's "Two Zones & Three Parks" model and North-South complementarity strategy. This negotiation represents an important practice for Yangsen Aviation to expand its northern layout by leveraging the Group's platform resources. Both sides will continue to deepen docking and promote the early implementation of the project.
