CHINA ZWSJ AIR GROUP conducted field inspections at China-South Korea (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone and Shuangyang District of Changchun City, and received a delegation from Min County, Dingxi, Gansu Province for business talks. In-depth communications focused on general airport construction, industrial settlement within Aviation Economic Zones, and deployment of low-altitude economy application scenarios. 1. China-South Korea (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone

CHINA ZWSJ AIR GROUP carried out an on-site survey at the China-South Korea (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone. The two sides held thorough negotiations covering the construction of Changchun Tianji General Airport, industrial implementation of the Aviation Economic Zone, and government-enterprise cooperation frameworks.

The demonstration zone hosts the first professional UAV industrial park among the three northeastern provinces, with mature infrastructure for the UAV industry including dedicated laboratories and service centers, plus sound surrounding logistics and warehousing support. The zone plans to develop Changchun Tianji General Airport in compliance with Class A1 standards. The proposed site sits adjacent to existing industrial clusters, with adjustable and optimizable airspace overhead.

During the meeting, CHINA ZWSJ AIR GROUP presented its three-year synchronous development targets and the Two Zones & Three Parks model. The two parties held full exchanges on airport construction modes, airspace coordination solutions, existing industrial park conditions and key cooperation procedures, reaching a consensus that the demonstration zone boasts solid foundations for general airport and low-altitude industrial projects. Both sides will further refine cooperation details and sign a Framework Agreement in due course.

2. Shuangyang District, Changchun City

CHINA ZWSJ AIR GROUP conducted an on-site survey across Shuangyang District to discuss general airport site assessment, layout of low-altitude economy scenarios and pathways for industrial settlement.

Shuangyang District features abundant ecological and agricultural resources, favorable airspace separated from military restricted flight zones. The local government has incorporated a general airport into regional development plans, with a suburban plot shortlisted as the candidate site planned to meet Class A2 general airport standards.

At the meeting, CHINA ZWSJ AIR GROUP shared its full-cycle operation model and practical implementation experience for general aviation economic zones. Both sides acknowledged the huge potential of low-altitude industry development in Shuangyang District. Follow-up communications will deepen specific cooperation details and steadily advance pre-project preparation work.

Government Delegation Visit

Min County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province

A leading delegation from Min County visited the Group to discuss cooperation on general airport and low-altitude economy projects.

The Min County General Airport project has completed solid preliminary work. The new site is included in both the 14th Five-Year Plan for Civil Aviation in Northwest China and Gansu Provincial 14th Five-Year Integrated Transportation Development Plan, with land-use planning adjustments finalized, delivering clear progress routes for the project. Planned to Class A1 general airport standards, the site enjoys favorable surrounding airspace and abundant cultural tourism resources.

Tailored to Min County’s practical demands, CHINA ZWSJ AIR GROUP proposed a lightweight development roadmap centered on a core general airport supported by distributed low-altitude network nodes. The strategy reduces infrastructure investment via targeted industrial introduction, enabling coordinated progress between airport operation and industrial growth. Both sides agreed that Min County has ideal conditions to host general airport and low-altitude economy projects, and scheduled high-level in-depth talks plus joint field surveys to elaborate cooperation plans and push forward project implementation.
